Instructions for "PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND" or "HTTP 404" browser errors:
  1. Open a new Internet Explorer browser window.

  2. Go to the menu options at the very top (File, Edit, View, etc) and click on the following: Tools > Internet Options

  3. You will notice some tabs at the top of the Internet Options box (General, Security, Privacy, etc). The default is the first tab - General.

  4. In the middle of that General area, you will notice a section called Temporary Internet Files. First, click on the Delete Files button. Another pop-up box will appear asking you if you'd like to delete these files. You will also notice a checkbox to delete all offline content. Click inside that checkbox so that it is selected, and then click the OK button. Again, you might get the hourglass icon for a bit while your computer is deleting those files (these are just temporary files that get dumped into that Temporary Internet Files folder whenever you visit web sites - deleting these files has absolutely no affect on your system).

  5. Repeat step 4, only this time do NOT select the checkbox to delete all offline files - just leave that blank. Click the OK button.

  6. Just below the Temporary Internet Files section, there is a section called History. The number next to "Days to keep pages in history" may be set to 20 by default. Whatever the number is, we recommend keeping it at zero to keep the history cache at a minimum. After changing that number to 0 (zero), go ahead and click on the Clear History button to clear out any previously visited web addresses. Leaving those in there can sometimes cause discrepancies when trying to visit certain web pages.

  7. Now click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options box to close it. In the Address bar of your Internet Explorer web browser, manually type in: www.stocksuperstars.com. Please do not use any bookmark links or links from any e-mail when going through this step. Also, if the auto-complete feature brings up a list of similar web addresses while you're typing, just ignore it and keep typing through. Do NOT choose from the auto-complete list if it comes up.

  8. Once you get to the homepage of the Web site, hit the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh/reload the page (the F5 key is just a shortcut. You can also click on the refresh icon in your browser just above the Address bar). After the page has reloaded, click on the Login link. You should get to the login page successfully at this point.
